This special tour is dedicated to families and small groups of 10 people maximum. Over 10 people, it is better to choose the standard tour for groups.

• Reservations are not required, but yet strongly recommended. Places are few and much sought after.

• The ‘Brewery Discovery Tables’ are available every day except Monday from 11.00 a.m.  to 2.00 p.m. and from  6.00 p.m. to  9.00 p.m. On Sundays from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

The " Brewery Discovery Table" (duration: about 2 hours - tasting and meal included)

• Reception by the tavern staff and installation into the ‘Petit café’
• A film over the ‘Brasserie’
• Tasting  of a whole set of home-made products:
• 12.5 cl of Cuvée des Trolls 7%
• 12.5 cl of BUSH Blonde 10,5%
• 12.5 cl of BUSH Ambrée 12%
• NOTE: We do not serve other drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) as a replacement of our beer-tasting.

• The rate of the ‘Brewery Discovery Table’ depends on the menu. The price includes the film, the tasting and the meal

1. ‘TROLLS& BUSH’ menu - € 20.00 par person

2. Brewser's menu - € 27.00 par person

• Choice of starters
  • Home-made shrimp croquettes
  • Hot goat cheese salad with diced bacon
• Choice of main course:
  • Brewer's potée (confit of duck, sausage and braised bacon)
  • Pipaix-style rabbit cooked with BUSH Amber, with a mixed salad
  • The giant mixed-grill brochette
  • Choice of other beer specialities à la carte
• One dessert
  • Sorbet "à la BUSH"
