Reservations

• No required reservation and no visitor quota: every Saturday at 3 p.m.
• Upon reservation made at least 2 weeks before during office hours at ++ (32) 69/672222 or by fax at ++ (32) 69/661727:
• Departure every day, except Monday, from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. On Saturdays: from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. On Sundays: from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
• Groups of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 people
• Only adults or young people aged 16 or more. Children with their parents are welcome.
• All reservations must be confirmed by the Dubuisson Brewery.
• The mobile telephone number of the group leader must be given.

• Disabled persons
  Our site is only partly adapted for disabled persons and/or people in wheelchairs. For security and accessibility reasons, the bottling room is not accessible to disabled persons.
  If the group contains one or several wheelchairs, please let us know so that we can organize a tour for the disabled persons.

Standard tour: (duration: approximately 2 hours - tasting included)

- A welcome from our guide - A film over the "Brasserie" - A visit of the cellars and the unit of maturing in oak casks : the production of BUSH PRESTIGE and BUSH DE NUITS - Brewery tour : brewing room, fermenting room, racking room - Back to the reception area for a beer tasting with commentary featuring an array of our beers : 12,5 cl of Cuvée des Trolls 7% 12,5 cl of BUSH Blond 10,5% 12,5 cl of BUSH Amber 12% NOTE : we do not serve other drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) as a replacement of our beer-tasting.

‘Prestige’ tour: (duration : about 2h15 - tasting included)

- Same than the standard tour plus

• In addition to our standard beer tasting, you will also be invited to taste our BUSH Prestige (13%) in a special ‘galopin’ beer glass.
• a BUSH beer glass as a gift.

Rates :

• Standard tour (upon reservation, or without reservation on Saturdays): € 5.50 per person (children up to 12 years: free, drinks paid by parents)
• ‘Prestige’ tour (upon reservation, or without reservation on Saturdays): € 7.00 per person (children up to 12 years: free, drinks paid by parents)

Important notice for ‘Group’ tours’

• The group must choose either the ‘Standard’ or the ‘Prestige’ tour. It is not possible to mix the two types of tours within the same group.
• The bookings will only be confirmed after reception of a fixed deposit of 75.00 €.
  The deposit must be paid on the Dubuisson Brewery's account # 375 – 0058064 – 40 mentioning:  deposit Brewery visit + name of group + date and hour.
• Groups must be on time for their scheduled tour. In case of late arrival, the tour may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited!!! The Brewery reserves the right in case of a late arrival of more than 30 minutes to charge an additional  € 1.00 per person.
• The payment of the outstanding due amount for the tour must be paid in cash to the guide just prior to the tour itself.
• It is forbidden to picnic on our premises.

Catering choices

It is possible to book meals among the four following menus when reserving the brewery tour or, in any case one week prior to your tour.

  1. ‘La Tartine Campagnarde’ - € 6.50 per person

  3. ‘TROLL & BUSH’ Menu - € 17.00 per person

  • Small seasonal salad with diced bacon and croutons
  • Pipaix-style terrine à la BUSH and mixed raw vegetables
• Choice of main course:
  • Oiseau sans tête (minced meat roll) à la BUSH Ambrée
  • Beef carbonades (stew) à l’Ambrasse Temps
• One dessert
  • Sorbet à la BUSH

  4. Brewers' Menu - € 24.00 per person

• Choice of starters:
  • Home made shrimp croquettes
  • Hot goat cheese salad with diced bacon
• Choice of main course:
  • Brewers' potée (confit of duck, sausage and braised bacon)
  • Pipaix-style rabbit cooked with BUSH Amber, with a mixed salad
• One dessert
  • Sorbet à la BUSH

   Notice on the meals booking for groups

• The four menus can only be booked for an entire group. It is not possible to mix it with other menus.
• The bookings will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total price of the meals for the whole group has been made. The due amount must be paid upon arrival.
• The deposit must be paid on the Dubuisson Brewery's account # 375—0058064 – 40 mentioning: Deposit Meal + name of group + date.
• Tailored menus (company seminars, VIP tours...) are possible. Please contact our operating company ahead of time at ++ (32) 69647868.
