BUSH PRESTIGE (13%): The Bush Prestige is basically a Bush Amber. A maturing process in oak barrels for a period of between 4 to 6 months replaced its traditional ageing in fermentation vats.
A small quantity of sugar and yeast is added to the beer during the bottling process. When the bottles are placed in the hot chamber, this produces a bottle re-fermentation, which creates that natural cloudiness and a quite high alcohol volume of 13%.
The old-fashioned ageing, in oak barrels, ensures that those who taste it will be sure to discover a unique set of aromas and tannins. These have not been found in beers for centuries and are capable of seducing even the most demanding of palates. The aromas are very similar to those of whiskeys and brandies that have been aged in oak barrels, but with an added fullness.
The strong taste, the rich aromas, not to mention the exclusive bottle and limited edition make the Bush Prestige a truly prestigious beer.

BUSH DE NUITS (13%) :
The Bush de Nuits availability is forecast for August 2008.
The Bush de Nuits is basically a Bush de Noël
which has been matured for more than 6 months in oak barrels previously used to hold the famous Nuits Saint Georges wine, instead of being traditionally kept in storage tanks. The beer is then filled in 75 cl bottles which are placed in a hot room during 3 weeks for a third fermentation. The final result is simply amazing, a highly flavoursome beer with wine-like aromas of red fruits giving it an harmonious balance in the mouth with sweetness, a hint of acidity and a relatively dry aftertaste in spite of the high density of the beer. This is great art !
